He was able to secure a great price, lowest purchase in the community, and a hefty $3500 discount with the lender that was used to offset closing costs; he also reviewed the closing disclosure and pointed out discrepancies that would had cost me $1400, but he contacted the lender and demanded adjustments. I only visited the community once and he was kind enough to attend both walk-through inspections and kept me well informed with videos, pictures and material explaining every step of the pre-qualification process. I flew in when we were clear to close, he explained every document that I had to sign along with the attorney. The property shows great craftsmanship, high quality materials and technology, location is perfect; near Downtown Simpsonville and with fast access to Downtown Greenville, Woodruff Road, Five Forks, Mall and most parks. The property will be rented until I'm ready to relocate to Simpsonville, I'm very satisfied with the entire process, the property and realtor chosen.

We had been looking to move to the Greenville area and saw a house that was in a neighborhood that we thought we wanted to live in so we contacted the listing agent, Regina. We had not yet begun working with a local agent as we were still 6 months from making a decision. That house did not meet our needs but we came away very impressed with Regina and felt we could definitely work together. Regina listened carefully to our wish list and over the next couple of months showed us areas and houses to look at and helped us distill down what we were really looking for. We finally settled on new construction and Regina helped us narrow down the builders. During the contract phase she asked critical questions of the builder that we failed to ask that eliminated any next day concerns. Regina was a lifesaver as our home in Tennessee sold much quicker than we expected which forced us to look for 9 weeks of temporary housing which she was able to help us secure. As we went through the build process Regina met with us regularly and helped with some of the inspection effort as well as providing names of contractors to use for enhancements after we moved in. She helped my wife and I with the purchase of our starter home in 2010 (19 Wooddale Court) and then in 2013 helped us purchase 111 Summer Hill Road. I had to relocate to NC for work and we rented the house for a few years and came back full circle to Shelby help us list the house for sale and oh boy did she do a great job! Less than 30 days on the market she was able to work for us in getting the offer we were looking for. Regina is a very warm and welcoming person but is also an aggressive realtor, which is exactly what you want in this kind of market. She wasted no time finding information for us and worked non-stop through the weekends to get us the right house. There was never a second I felt like she wasn't on top of things. When looking at houses we came across one that was good deal financially but not what we were looking for. Knowing it wasn't our "dream" house and neighborhood, she didn't hesitate to discourage us from going through with the purchase... and thank goodness. The house we now own popped up online one night and she was able to get us a walk-through the very next morning. After seeing the house and knowing it was right for us, she very professionally drafted a contract that allowed us to be competitive buyers but didn't bankrupt us at the same time.
Overall, I don't think you'll be disappointed in choosing Regina to find the house that's just right for you. We are still very happy about how easy she made the entire process. We felt like we were taken care of, and that's in short supply these days. Give her a call, you'll be glad you did.

My only suggestion regarding the sales process was the frequent lack of communication between myself and the showing agent. The automated technique that is being used apparently by the realtor community is not efficient or at times effective. I suggest this one aspect of the selling owner and showing agent relationship be studied and modified to provide better communication between the two parties. Back on market sold again only to have buyers loan denied (Wells Fargo) which was strongly recommended that he use another lender due to past issues with that one.
