I decided to relocate from Ohio to Greenville, South Carolina, one year before I actually made the move. I started searching real estate on the internet. I thought I could learn the market by viewing properties on line. I became completely discouraged and thought I could afford nothing. The prices were so different from where I lived in Ohio. Then I contacted Realtor Vickie Given and my hope was renewed!Vickie and I became fast friends because she is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She would email me listings and I would say "yes check it out" or "no."
